Man fined $200

Christopher Pond, 29, pleaded guilty to using offensive language.Prosecutor Insp. Kendrick James said Pond was having a loud argument with another man outside The Oasis on June 14 at around 1.50 a.m.
Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.

Prosecutor Insp. Kendrick James said Pond was having a loud argument with another man outside The Oasis on June 14 at around 1.50 a.m.
Police asked both men to leave. The other man complied, but Pond refused to go.
"You f***ing Police always want to start s***,'' he said.
Pond was warned by officers but responded: "You can't f***ing tell me what to f***ing say''.
Police arrested Pond and he said: "This f***ing bulls***''.
Acting Senior Magistrate Cheryl-Ann Mapp told Pond there was no excuse for his language before fining him $200.
