Man jailed for torching love rival’s car

A career criminal has been jailed for six years for torching his love rival’s car and painting “let her go, she is mine” outside the man’s house.Brian Rogers, 49, was found guilty by a jury on February 1 of arson, criminal damage, two counts of theft and taking a motor vehicle without consent in relation to the October 2009 incident.He has a string of convictions dating back to the 1970s and was jailed once again this afternoon by Puisne Judge Charles Etta Simmons.See tomorrow’s edition of The Royal Gazette for the full story.
