Man `made lewd comments' to girl
an eight-year-old girl as she was walking in King's Square, St. George's, on June 12. The girl was allegedly approached by the suspect who made lewd and threatening comments to her. The girl's mother called the Police and, as a result, a 44-year-old man was arrested the following day for exploitation.

The 36-year-old man said he left the pub at about 3.45 a.m. and was approached by three unknown males. They allegedly began a conversation with him before suddenly attacking him. He received a one-inch thick wound to the forehead after being allegedly hit with a stick.

TAXI HIT REVELLER AC Taxi hit reveller A reveller is on the mend after suffering a broken collarbone and ribs and a punctured lung when he was hit by a taxi in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The 24-year-old Englishman had just left a beach party when it is alleged he stepped into the path of the taxi as it travelled west on South Road, Warwick.
The victim was taken to hospital and is now a stable.
