new telephone interviewing service for the Island.

The new service, Telenation Bermuda, "will allow companies and associations to make better marketing decisions,'' according to an RIL release.

"The real strength of this product is that it is an omnibus survey which allows companies to conserve their research budgets by sharing the delivery costs with other clients,'' said Mr. Walton Brown, president of RAIL.

Only the costs are shared, with all reports confidential an the questions and results belonging exclusively to individual clients.

Sample size will be 500 adults and clients will be able to have data analysed by age, gender, race, parish, income, educational level and household composition, while the company plans to conduct surveys on a quarterly basis.

Deadline for submitting questions for the April survey is March 24.

The project is being conducted in conjunction with a partner, Market Facts of Canada Ltd.
