16-year-old female who had been missing since August 3.

Samika Nicole Trott, described as brown-skinned, five-feet, one-inch tall, chubby with shoulder-length reddish brown hair, was last seen by her mother when she left her Pembroke home to deliver a message to a relative.

Police spokesperson Evelyn James Barnett said Samika was spotted riding in the Court Street area some ten days later.

But she did not return home and her family contacted Police after becoming concerned about her.

Yesterday Mrs. James Barnett said a member of the public contacted Samika's mother to inform her of her daughter's whereabouts. Samika's mother then picked her up.

"Both are now liaising with the Community and Juvenile Services Department,'' Mrs. James Barnett said.
