following a road accident last week.

The mother, Tammy Edness, was riding a motorcycle with her daughter around 10.15 p.m. on July 30 when it collided with a car driven by James Doers near Woody's Drive-in at Malabar Road in Sandys.

Both Ms Edness and her two-year-old daughter, Mauricka, were injured and taken to hospital by ambulance.

Ms Edness was initially admitted to the intensive care unit with a suspected broken pelvis.

She has since been transferred to a general ward where she was yesterday listed in stable condition. Her daughter remained at the children's ward.
