Puisne Judge the Hon. Mr. Justice Ward set the date yesterday at the monthly arraignments.

Leroy Elmer Eugene Burgess is charged with premeditated murder. Last April, the body of the 28-year-old woman was found at the Maritime Museum in Dockyard.

Burgess, 25, who is represented by Mr. Timothy Marshall, was remanded in custody.
