at the Robinson's Marine station after the Development Applications Board approved an application from the Shell Company of Bermuda.

"It's no different from what exists at the moment,'' marketing manager Mr.

Stan Marshall said.

"We are revamping the Robinson's Marine Station and in doing so we are moving the dive shop and the boat rental into one area and this is what we are calling the water sports facility.

"They (the facilities) are all there now. They are just in different buildings. We are just upgrading what's already there.'' Mr. Marshall said that there will also be parking made available for people wishing to use the services located at Somerset Road.

The approval is conditional on provisions being made for parking spaces for five cars and 25 cycles and landscaping at the site.
