The unemployed mother of four also admitted unlawfully damaging Warren's phone cord on both occasions.

Police prosecutor Sgt. Phil Taylor said Paynter entered Warren's home through the front door and searched for proof that her husband had been there.

Upon leaving the premises on both occasions she cut Warren's telephone cord worth $25.

Sgt. Taylor said Paynter had found proof of her husband's presence in Warren's home on the second occasion.

Duty Counsel Richard Horseman added that Paynter had dated her husband for five years before marrying him in September. She had been under great stress, but now only wanted to go forward with her divorce.

Senior Magistrate Will Francis said he would give Paynter every benefit of the doubt and gave her a conditional discharge.

MAN PLEADS GUILTY CTS Man pleads guilty A 20-year-old Crisson's Avenue, Pembroke man was ordered behind bars yesterday after he pleaded guilty to three counts of breaking and entering the same house.

Tyari Harvey -- who was on probation when he committed the offences -- also admitted breaking into the house with the intention of stealing and stealing a wallet and cash worth $105.

Police prosecutor Sgt. Phil Taylor said India Ford's home was broken into between November 11 and 12 and on November 13. A total of $110 was taken.

At 6 a.m. on November 21 Ms Ford woke up to find Harvey in her bathroom. She tried to detain him but he fled.

Harvey was later arrested and after initially pleading not guilty to the charges he changed his mind and pleaded guilty to them. He also admitted breaking into the house on November 15 and stealing $40.

While in Magistrates' Court Harvey changed a not guilty plea he had made to stealing a wallet in the Oasis Night Club on August 29 to guilty.

Senior Magistrate Will Francis decided to remand Harvey in custody while an updated social inquiry report was prepared for December 15.

INDECENT ACT IN PUBLIC CTS Indecent act in public Alvin (Alabama) Anderson was sentenced to two months imprisonment yesterday after pleading guilty to committing an indecent act in public.

Police prosecutor Sgt. Phil Taylor told Magistrates' Court that the Old Well's Lane, St. George's man was spotted lurking in the shadows outside the Wharf Tavern on Penno's Wharf at 1.15 a.m. on November 30 by Police officers.

He added that the 55-year-old man was seen stroking his erect penis while watching a couple who were sitting at a nearby table and was arrested.

Anderson told the court that he was under the balcony seeking shelter from the rain.
