with attempted murder and grievous bodily harm.

The youth appeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday before Acting Senior Magistrate the Wor. Edward King who rejected a bail application by his lawyer Mr. Archie Warner.

On September 11, he allegedly stabbed a 36-year-old woman in the chest following an argument over damage to a cycle at Devil's Hole.

The youth will return to the Co-Ed Facility in St. George's where he has been held since his arrest.

Yesterday, a nursing supervisor at the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital reported the woman was still hospitalised but in stable condition.
