No decision has been made on when or if Randy Horton will return to his post of Assistant Director of Tourism, said Cabinet Secretary Leo Mills yesterday.

He added that he had no idea when a decision would be made.

Mr. Horton, 52, was cleared of conspiring to defraud the Government after a lengthy Magistrates' Court trial.

And the Attorney General's Chambers have announced that it does not intend to appeal the decision which was handed down by Senior Magistrate William Francis.

Mr. Horton has been suspended from his position at Tourism since July 26, 1995.
