Bay incinerator, which is scheduled for completion at the end of 1993. Heavy equipment, including boilers, will be brought in towards the end of the year, and work will begin on a giant stack. Around 60 people are currently employed at the site. The incinerator, once complete, will take care of more than 50 percent of the Island's waste. "We are coming on pretty well -- it's an enormous project,'' said Works Minister Dr. Clarence Terceira.
