Place trial set for US courtroom
and false imprisonment is likely to start next week in Atlanta.
Royston Anthony Place, 32, is expected to appear in a Georgia court on Monday after his appearance was delayed this week.
Another trial is due to conclude this week, clearing the way for Place's hearing.
Place was picked up by Police in Atlanta last summer in connection with two armed robberies that took place in the US earlier in the year. He was subsequently released on bail.
After being released on bail for the two robbery charges, Place was re-arrested and charged with stalking and false imprisonment.

Mr. Smith, 59, of Scenic Heights Drive, Southampton, was caught exceeding the five knot marine speed in the Watford Bridge area of Sandys Parish on July 25 and in Timlins Narrow in Hamilton Harbour on August 8.
He told Mr. King that he went to Marine Police and has now acquired a book which details the allowable speeds in different areas of Bermuda's waters.
Mr. King fined him $100 for each of the two offences.

"I'm sorry I'm rushing to work,'' was what Simons told officers who stopped him after the incident on August 27.

Winslow Hollis, of the Canadian Hotel on Reid Street, had pleaded with Senior Magistrate Will Francis to be spared from prison because he suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome.
Hollis had protested that he owned part of the house in Wellington Slip Road, St. George's.
But Mr. Francis pointed out that ownership did not mean that you were allowed on a property.
Hollis had broken a notice forbidding him to trespass on the land when Police were called on September 25.
The 39 year old pleaded guilty to trespassing, but denied using threatening words. He has been remanded in custody until his trial on October 19.
