on Stadium Lane in Warwick early on Thursday morning.

The alleged attack by three men landed a 46-year-old man in King Edward VII Memorial Hospital with bruises and facial cuts. The victim said he was outside the club at about 1.45 a.m. and preparing to leave when he was approached by another male.

A confrontation ensued, he claimed, with the other man instigating the attack.

The victim said there were two other males who joined in and the trio kicked and punched him repeatedly.
