Police spokesman Sgt. John Dale said the accident occurred at 9.20 a.m. at the junction of Upland Street and Middle Road in Devonshire.

"We are looking for a black Peugeot car that has some damage to the front off side,'' Sgt. Dale said. Police are asking anyone who saw the accident or has any information to contact P.c. Gary Young in the cycle section at 295-0011.
