Christopher Wilcox to the rank of Sergeant.

Forty-six-year-old Det. Sgt. Wilcox has been in the Police Service for 24 years and has served in Central Division, the Prosecutions Department and the Crime Prevention Unit.

Det. Sgt. Wilcox assumed responsibility for the Police Community and Media Relations Department yesterday.
