It is the first official meeting for the second largest group of Working Residents Certificate holders.
An organiser last night told The Royal Gazette both those who have Bermudian Status and those who do not are invited to participate.
The meeting will see an explanation of the Green Paper and a discussion on its impact on Portugese people living here.
In addition representatives of the West Indian Association will attend, to begin discussions about the Green Paper's impact on all long term residents and how to best lobby government about the issue.
The meeting will begin tonight at 8 p.m. at the Vasco Da Gama Club on Reid Street. All interested are invited to attend.
