Tourism Minister David Allen said yesterday that executives from the company are on the Island and have been given an extra few weeks to fine tune their plans.
He told The Royal Gazette yesterday "They have some representatives on the Island but they are delivering a comprehensive plan.
"They have given us a comprehensive report and we have given them a couple of extra weeks to refine that plan.
"But they are moving ahead rapidly and I'm hopeful that some time later in March we'll have the full thing.'' Mr. Allen told MPs in December that Aman, a subsidiary of Selangor Prperties Berhad, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, planned to demolish most if not all of the property, which has been empty for 13 years.
MAN ROBBED AT KNIFEPOINT CRM Man robbed at knifepoint A man was robbed in the parking lot of White's Supermarket on Middle Road in Warwick early on Wednesday morning.
He said a man he knew offered him a ride near Camp Hill Road in Southampton at about 2 a.m.
There was another passenger in the front seat who got out of the car and sat in the back seat when the car pulled into White's parking lot.
The passenger then threatened the victim with a knife and demanded he give him cash.
After he handed the cash over, the other two men dropped him off at his residence and left. He immediately called the Police and inquiries are underway.
TEEN ATTACKED FROM BEHIND CRM Teen attacked from behind A 16-year-old youth alleges he was smacked off his auxiliary cycle with a piece of wood near Elliot Primary School on Hermitage Road on Thursday.
The Smith's youth said he was riding his bike home and stopped to speak to an acquaintance who was seated on a wall, when he was attacked from behind by another male.
It's alleged the assailant continued to beat the youth until the victim was able to flee on foot.
The victim sustained minor bruising to his back and left arm and sought treatment at the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital where Police interviewed him.
THIEVES STEAL CAR AFTER REMOVING KEYS CRM Thieves steal car after removing keys A car was stolen overnight Tuesday from a Fort Hill Road, Devonshire residence.
The owner noticed the following morning that someone had broken into her home during the night and removed the keys to the car and searched through her clothing.
Her car was later found on Crisson Avenue in Pembroke with the keys inside.
Police are investigating.

The complainant said they parked and locked the car in the morning. The complainant returned in the evening to find several candles and denominations of foreign money were missing.
