Register by May 31

Although it is no longer necessary to register every year, three groups of people should make the effort to sign up, a spokesman said yesterday.
They are 18-year-olds, adults who have changed their address and voters not on the current register.
Parliamentary Registrar Lionel Dowling said registration forms in blue, yellow and white are available in all post offices.
He said: "Under the new system, registrations are accepted at any time of the year but it is important to be included on the list before it is published on June 15.'' Those eligible to register are resident Bermudians over 18 and Commonwealth citizens registered on May 1, 1976.
