Rogers pleads not guilty to escape

Brian Carlton Rogers pleaded not guilty to a charge of escaping from lawful custody and to two charges of entering a dwelling house without lawful excuse, in December 1993.

He also pleaded not guilty to a charge of breaking and entering and one charge of robbery.

Sonja Annette Thomas, of Cobb's Hill Road, Paget Parish, pleaded not guilty to five charges of forgery, four charges of uttering, four charges of false pretences and one charge of stealing from employer.

Also appearing were Anthony Andre Tuzo, Antoine Anthony Tuzo and Luis Anthony Molina who all pleaded not guilty to a charge of handling a controlled drug intended for supply.

Antoine Tuzo and Molina also pleaded not guilty to a charge of conspiracy to import a controlled drug and Molina pleaded not guilty to a charge of importing a controlled drug.

Warren F. Vincent pleaded not guilty to two charges of importing a controlled drug and not guilty to two charges of possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply.

In a separate case Janice Elizabeth Dayle-Smith, of 25 King Street, Pembroke, and Vincent Oneal Douglas both pleaded not guilty to one charge of importing a controlled drug and one charge of possession of a controlled drug intended for supply.

Also appearing was Goodwin Glenroy Bascome who pleaded not guilty to one charge of possession of a controlled drug.
