Mitchell Elroy Trott, 27, of North Shore Road, Hamilton Parish, had pleaded guilty in Magistrates' Court to failing to attend and disobeying a direct order to attend a Regimental camp on January 30.

Yesterday Senior Magistrate Will Francis noted a senior non-commissioned officer had told a probation officer he had seen an improvement in Trott's attitude.

Mr. Francis therefore granted Trott conditional discharges for both offences.
