He also pleaded guilty to destroying a window at the property, causing $60 damage.
Sgt. Rex Osborne, prosecuting, told Magistrates' Court that Tucker broke into his father's home on April 22 by smashing a bathroom window.
Sgt. Osborne said Tucker, of Scenic Heights Lane, Southampton, told Police he had been drinking and needed somewhere to sleep.
He added Tucker had already been told to stay away from his father's property.
Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis fined Tucker $300.
