In an effort to create unique and romantic dining opportunities, the Sonesta hotel has introduced two creative options.

The first, `Paradise Dining' offers intimate dining for two next to the ocean shore.

The second option focuses on creating a pampering experience.

This is a package for couples to enjoy spa facilities and treatments, followed by a sumptuous dinner at Lillian's Italian restaurant.

If you wanted a place to tell someone how you really felt about them, this would the place to do it.

The setting for `Paradise Dining' is a bamboo beach hut draped with mosquito netting, illuminated with candles and festooned with flowers.

It is intimate and magical; the feeling that it is only the two of you.

It is not a table on the beach, it is an experience, an event.

"Candles circle the hut, and as the evening turns cooler we light a clay fireplace.

"The beach location offers an uninterrupted view of the beach and ocean,explained Mr. Juliusburger.

The cuisine for `Paradise Dining' comes from the Seagrape Terrace's island grill kitchen.

This is a light cuisine, perfect for the outdoor setting,explains Mr.

Juliusburger.

For dinner there are four choices of appetiser and five choices of main course. The salad and dessert courses are uniquely created by the chef. A fine wine and champagne list is also available.

With `Paradise Dining' you have a waiter devoted to serving only you for the evening. The cost is $75.00 per person, including gratuity, but exclusive of drinks. Booking can be done through guest services. We will continue 'Paradise Dining' as long as the weather will allow, so hopefully through mid-November.

Another unique and romantic opportunity is to book Sonesta's spa/dinner package for couples.

See it as a pampering time, the spa combos have you come in around four in the afternoon. You then have a choice of using the weight room or hanging out in the sauna or whirlpool. Treatments start about five o'clock.

Men might have a manicure and massage. A woman might have a massage or make over and manicure.

After being thoroughly pampered, dinner is served at an intimate table for two in Lillian's restaurant.
