Lawson Williams, of Rose Hill, appeared in Magistrate's Court pleaded guilty to the offence in Magistrates' Court yesterday.The court heard that Williams allowed his dog to stray off his property on November 6, 1994.

The court heard that Williams allowed his dog to stray off his property on November 6, 1994.
A neighbour spotted the dog and another dog playing in his yard. One of the dogs escaped, and the other was caught and held until the dog warden came to take it away.
Lawson picked the dog up from the dog kennel, and was charged for the offence.
The Wor. Charles-Etta Simmons fined Williams $400.
