least another month, following a court hearing yesterday.
Global Access Bermuda, which claims discounts of 60 percent on overseas calls, had its service blocked by Cable & Wireless last week.
But GAB then got a court injunction forcing the giant communications company to allow its calls to go through C&W equipment.
Yesterday, in a closed-door hearing, Acting Puisne Judge the Hon. Mr. Justice Brown decided there should be a hearing starting on June 30 on whether the injunction should continue. It stays in place until then.
That hearing -- also in private -- is expected to last three days, said GAB lawyer Mr. Narinder Hargun. A public trial could then follow. "At the end of the day there presumably will be a full hearing,'' he said.
