The hotel is still within the Horizons Ltd. group but is now in the overall charge of Adrianna Goodfellow. There have been no staffing changes at the site.

Mrs. Goodfellow is cousin to Horizons Ltd. managing director George Wardman.

The remaining three facilities, Horizons, Coral Beach and Waterloo House will continue to be managed by Mr. Wardman.

Stephen Kempe, director of trustees of Horizons, confirmed the move had taken place but stressed the hotel was to stay part of the "family'' group, with certain members being responsible for specific hotels.

New investments have also been made in several areas.

The kitchens and some of the bedrooms have benefited from investment, said Mr.

Kempe.

"Newstead is a very unique property with attractive features,'' he said.
