Honorato Gomes, 37, of Vesey Street, Southampton, was driving up one-way Stowe Hill in Paget on August 5 when he collided with another motorcycle, Police prosecutor Sgt. Earl Kirby told Magistrates' Court.

Gomes, who appeared in court with an interpreter, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention.

Sgt. Kirby reported Gomes had two driving convictions from 1991.
