after he pleaded not guilty yesterday to charges of assault, exposure and damage to personal property.

Taheed Talbot, 22, of Red Coat Lane denied assaulting Joshua Nesbitt, exposing himself in public and damaging Mr. Nesbitt's property on September 15. However he admitted using offensive language on the same day and will be sentenced for this at the conclusion of his June trial.

Talbot was also told he had not paid $1,400 in fines which related to several incidents he was convicted of on July 5.
