Warwick man yesterday.

Leon Fough, of Coral Hill Lane, pleaded guilty in Magistrates' Court to driving without due care on South Road in Paget on September 23.

Police prosecutor Sgt. Phil Taylor said Police, who were pursuing Fough's livery cycle, pulled up beside him and told him to pull over.

But instead of stopping, Fough tried to overtake the car and collided with the car's front fender, falling to the ground.

Senior Magistrate Will Francis ordered Fough to pay a $300 fine.
