Terry Burgess and Gladwin Ming will appear in Magistrates' Court on October 12.

Yesterday, they both denied a charge of without lawful justification exhibiting an indecent show or performance in a public place.

The offence is alleged to have occurred on May 9 at the Spinning Wheel nightclub on Court Street.

Burgess, 35, of Khyber Heights Lane, Warwick and Ming, 62, of Radnor Estate Road, Hamilton were each bailed in the sum of $500.
