UK lawyer to prosecute Todd case

Former Bank of Bermuda executive Arnold Todd, Varnel Robert Curtis, 60, of Ann's Drive, Southampton, lawyer Charles Vaucrosson, 60, of North Shore Shore Road, Pembroke, Milton Samuel Woods, 60, of Old Road, Southampton, and Cecil Oliver Durham 54, of Ramgoat Hill, Smith's Parish, are accused of using "fraudulent tricks'' and uttering false documents to steal more than $2 million from the bank.
A long form preliminary inquiry date is expected to be set next week.
