Premier Ewart Brown has a new car, according to Minister of Works and Engineering Derrick Burgess.

However, the Minister would not reveal what type of car it would be saying the public would know "when they see it on the road."

Last night ZBM news revealed pictures of a BMW 750Li with the GP1 plates on it.

According to the BMW America website the car starts at a manufacture's suggested retail price of $79,900 and details the amenities found on the car.

It has a 4.8-litre, V-8 engine with 360 horsepower and Rear-wheel drive that gets 23 mpg hwy.

According to the website the 7-series goes through a five-coat paint process that comes in three colours including Azurite Black, Ruby Black and Moonstone Metallic.

The interior is full Merino Leather upholstery which "undergoes a tanning and immersion process to ensure that the leather remains exceptionally soft and supple."

Safety is also key on the BMW 750Li with, according to their website, includes night vision — an infrared camera built into the front of the vehicle, adaptive headlights that moves with the car as it turns corners, eight sensors to help the driver with parking and Bluetooth wireless technology.
