Motorcyclist injured in South Road, Paget crash
A teenager escaped with cuts and bruises after her motorcycle was knocked into the path of an oncoming car.
The 19-year-old motorcyclist was heading east along South Road, Paget, on Thursday afternoon when the accident took place.
A Bermuda Police Service spokesman said that as a car pulled out of Point Finger Road, the motorcycle was shunted into the westbound lane where it collided with another car.
The motorcyclist, from Warwick, suffered cuts to her body and a bruised left foot.
Both car drivers, a 79-year-old Sandys parish man and a 32-year-old Warwick woman, were uninjured. All three vehicles received front-end damage.
The Police spokesman said: "Inquiries into this incident are underway."
Car driver injured in mid-morning collision
A truck and a car collided in Hamilton this week.
The accident took place at 11 a.m. on Thursday, at the junction of Church Street and Queen Street.
A Bermuda Police Service spokesman said both the motorist, a 73-year-old Smith's parish man, and the truck driver, a 40-year-old Southampton man, were uninjured. However, both vehicles were damaged. Inquiries are ongoing.
Renewed appeal for Troylene Anderson
Police are asking for the public's help in tracing a missing teenager.
Troylene Anderson, 17, was last seen on January 26. She is described as 5 ft 5 in tall with short curly reddish-brown hair, and is known to frequent the St. Monica's Road area of Pembroke.
