A motorcycle rider suffered facial injuries in a bike crash in St. David's around 9.25 p.m on Friday.

The single-vehicle collision occurred on St. David's Road, near the junction with Emily's Bay Lane.

Police said the 29-year-old rider, from St. George's, lost control as he was heading west. He was taken to hospital and his bike was left badly damaged.
