Government Senate Leader Lynda Milligan Whyte last night told The Royal Gazette probably all members on both sides of the upper house will want to be heard on the Throne Speech and two days have been set aside for the debate.

Members will be speaking from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and will then resume debate next Wednesday, she said.

Opposition Senate Leader Milton Scott told The Royal Gazette : "Each Senator can only speak once. I don't know the total time that has been allocated but it depends on when we start and how wound-up Senators get.

"We will make our reply and then respond to whatever issues Government has addressed.''
