Demolition of Number One Shed has again been delayed this time due to weather.The Front Street building was to be torn down last March but work was put on hold to ensure asbestos was first safely removed.A new date was subsequently given for the end of October.

The Front Street building was to be torn down last March but work was put on hold to ensure asbestos was first safely removed.
A new date was subsequently given for the end of October.
A spokesperson for the Corporation of Hamilton said yesterday: "We have been unable to do anything because of the weather conditions. There have been major delays due to the weather."
A definitive demolition date has not yet been set. Once the structure is removed, the area will be turned into a street level parking lot.
