Collaborative Practice is an alternative dispute resolution process which has grown popular in the US and is now being introduced to Bermuda. The three-day course focused on family disputes, such as divorce and children.

Collaborative Divorce, also called 'no-court divorce', aims to bring about a mutually-acceptable settlement through open communication rather than relegating decisions to the courts.
