The 37-year-old Warwick man was assaulted during a furious row with a colleague at the new dock building site off the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club at Front Street on Monday.

He was rushed to the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for surgery.

Yesterday, a spokesperson said he was in stable condition in the intensive care unit.
