Motorist charged with causing the death of Earl Ingemann

Quincy Brangman was charged of causing the death of Earl Ingemann while driving impaired

A Sandys man was yesterday charged in connection with the death of 21-year-old heart transplant survivor Earl Ingemann on New Year's Day.

Quincy Brangman, 31, was charged in Magistrates' Court with causing a death through driving while impaired by drugs or alcohol.

An alternate charge of causing a death through driving in a manner dangerous to the public was also read out by Crown counsel Cindy Clarke.

Earl Ingemann was medevacked to the US following the 3.35 a.m. collision on Kindley Field, but succumbed to his injuries on January 2.

Brangman was represented in court by Larry Scott.
