Rider ambushed by knife duo

A motorcyclist was ambushed in Southampton by two young men brandishing a knife.The man was driving through Colony Valley when he was robbed by the pair, at 10 p.m. on Monday.A Bermuda Police Service spokesman said: "It appears that the victim, a 36-year-old Southampton man, was riding his motorcycle in the vicinity when he was approached by two unknown young black men on another motorcycle.

"The suspects demanded money, with one of them brandishing what appeared to be a bladed article. The man handed over a quantity of cash and the suspects made good their escape."
