Police and Immigration officers detained the 16- and 17-year-old boys at Number Seven Dock before turning them over to the captain of the ship which had left Port-au-Prince a few days before.

The stowaways were found in good health around 11 a.m.

It departed for Nassau, Bahamas after unloading its Bermuda-bound cargo at 5 p.m.
