Leonard Burgess, 22, from Sandys, was stopped by Police on Front Street early on Sunday morning after being seen having an altercation on Burnaby Street.

When the officers began questioning him he shouted: "F**k you, you white motherf**ker''.

Burgess was bound over to be of good behaviour for 24 months in the sum of $300 by Magistrate Ed King yesterday.
