Torry Lavon Davis, of Douglas Close, Devonshire, admitted the offences yesterday when he appeared before Acting Senior Magistrate the Wor. Edward King.
Mr. King sent Davis from the court room before he was arraigned because his school shirt was hanging untidily from his pants.
"You are a school boy,'' Mr. King admonished. "You should not be getting into this kind of mischief.'' Mr. King imposed a $75 fine for receiving the Bermuda Cycles helmet knowing it to be stolen, and $300 for giving Police a false name.
