And he urged: "In this election Bermudians must fight the fear of change and dare to dream of creating a better Bermuda.'' Mr. Wade stressed the Progressive Labour Party believed in the private sector.

It would allow the Country's leading businessmen, local and international, to continue to create wealth and employment for Bermudians.

But Mr. Wade said the PLP also believed in exploiting the talents of all Bermuda's people.

One way was to improve the Country's educational set-up to produce "workers of whom we can all be proud.'' Mr. Wade added it was important to implement policies for Bermudianisation and social justice -- rather than talk about them.
