in the stabbing of Michael Robson, 22, at the Ice Queen this summer.

The warrant was issued on Monday by Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis after Randy Benjamin Jr. failed to appear for a mention.

Benjamin's lawyer Mr. Phillip Perinchief was also not present, having sent word that he could not attend the hearing.

Mr. Francis had bailed Benjamin on August 6 in the sum of $2,000 plus one surety, despite objections from Crown Counsel Mr. Diarmuid Doorly.

Bail conditions were that the 26-year-old Warwick resident should have no contact with Robson or witnesses of the incident. He was also ordered to report to Hamilton Police Station every Monday and Friday.

Robson was stabbed in the head at the Paget fast food joint late on July 19.
