Several Hamilton streets will be closed over the weekend as work continues on the new magistrates' court building.

According to the Corporation of Hamilton, Victoria Street between Parliament and Court Streets will be closed between 6.30am and 5pm on Saturday.

On Sunday, Reid Street from Spurling Hill to King Street will be closed from 6am to 6pm so that a crane can be used in the area.

Spurling Hill however will still be open to vehicles leaving Hamilton, and Middle Road will be accessible to vehicles entering and leaving the City.
