A man has appeared in court charged with prowling.

Duane Scott, 46, is accused of prowling in Harbour Road, Warwick, on May 15.

The defendant, of Warwick Park Road, pleaded not guilty in Plea Court yesterday. Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted Scott bail until his trial on August 18.

A woman has appeared in court charged with stealing items from an athletics club.

Keisha Carmichael, 29, denies obtaining property through deception from the Pembroke club. She is accused of stealing $125 worth of Norton anti-virus software on June 14 and a 'travelpack' of John Barritt & Son ginger beer worth $19.50 on June 2. She also faces a charge of theft of $20 cash on February 2.

Carmichael, of West Dale Lane, Southampton, was granted bail until her trial on September 24.
