Relocation Guide out tomorrow
Despite the global economic downturn, newly arrived workers and those people planning to relocate themselves and their businesses to Bermuda do require information about the Island to ease their early days here.
Crown Communications' annual Relocation Guide magazine will be published tomorrow to provide information about housing, weather, transport, the sporting scene, food shopping and schools.
The publication is also aimed at those people who are considering setting up businesses here with stories that describe the process of setting up a Bermuda company, where to find support staff, the island's banking services and technology infrastructure.
This year, as the financial crunch begins to hit, the Relocation Guide will also include a piece offering advice and tips on packing up and leaving Bermuda.
The fact-packed articles in this publication are authored by the Royal Gazette's most senior journalists including reinsurance specialist Roger Crombie, news editor Heather Wood, chief reporter Matthew Taylor, senior reporter Amanda Dale and business editor Jonathan Kent.
This publication will be included in Hamilton area copies of The Royal Gazette. It will also be made available at reinsurance conferences and other events aimed at businesses that operate in Bermuda.
