Boat and mooring licensing deadline

Boat owners have a week left to meet a Government deadline to register their vessels and moorings.Registrations must be renewed with the Department of Marine and Ports by 4.30pm next Thursday.Anyone who has not received a renewal notice in the post is asked to pay in person.Fresh 2011 decals should be in place on boats and moorings by April 1. Boats are not subject to a late fee, but must be registered unless they are out of the water.
