Reggie Lambe has been released by English Championship side Ipswich Town.The 20-year-old winger, on loan at League One strugglers Bristol Rovers, joined the Town academy from school and has been a professional for the past two years.He made his debut in the Carling Cup victory over Shrewsbury last season and went on to make four more starts in the same competition as well as two Championship appearances as a substitute.
